Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation
To secure your wedding date with Tina Tempest Makeup Artist, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.
No booking is confirmed until this payment has been received.
2. Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the wedding date.
Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
* If you choose to cancel your booking, within 6 months of your wedding date the initial 50% booking fee is strictly non-refundable.
* This reflects the difficulty in rebooking the date at short notice.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking details and notifying us promptly of any changes.
5. Changes to Booking
We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, all changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.
